At Luna Stay, we strive to make your booking experience seamless and transparent. Please review our booking and refund policies carefully before making your reservation.
Booking Policies
- Reservation Process:
- Guests can book their stay through our official website: www.lunastay.in.
- All bookings must include at least one adult. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Each suite is designed to accommodate a maximum of two guests.
- Payment Requirements:
- A 100% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Short-hour stays are available and are subject to availability at the time of request.
- Check-In and Check-Out:
- Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM.
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-ins are available on prior request and are subject to room availability.
Refund Policies
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% Refund: For cancellations made up to 7 days before the booking date.
- 50% Refund: For cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in time.
- No Refund: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in time.
- No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows, where the guest fails to check in without prior notice.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be Credited within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
- Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or emergencies, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
