This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require publishing the rules, regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the domain name https://lunastay.in ('Platform'), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform').
The Platform is owned by S R K ENTERPRISES, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office in Uttar Pradesh, 208011, Kanpur, India (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform Owner', 'we', 'us', 'our'). Your use of the Platform and services and tools is governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform, including the applicable policies incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of the Platform, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, forming a binding obligation with the Platform Owner.
Usage Terms
- By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering or using the Platform and services.
- Unauthorized use of the Platform and/or services may lead to legal action.
- You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal activities or purposes prohibited by these terms or applicable laws.
- Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
- The Platform may include links to third-party websites. These links are provided for informational purposes, and we are not responsible for the policies or content of these websites.
Booking Policies
- Bookings can be made via our website www.lunastay.in.
- A minimum of one adult is required for bookings involving minors.
- Each suite accommodates a maximum of two guests.
- 100% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Short-hour stays are available, subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in.
Check-In and Check-Out Policies
- Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM; check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in is available upon advance notice and subject to availability.
- Government-approved photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must respect property rules and co-guests' privacy.
- Smoking, loud noise, and parties are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Visitors are permitted only with prior approval and valid government-issued ID.
- Any disturbances with co-guests will not be tolerated.
Privacy and Security
- CCTV cameras are installed on the premises for security purposes. No cameras are installed inside rooms to ensure guest privacy.
- Guest data is handled securely and is used solely for managing bookings and ensuring a safe stay experience.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking or upon arrival.
- Accepted payment methods include:

- Debit Cards
- Cash
Liabilities and Disclaimer
- Luna Stay is not liable for injuries, theft, loss of property, or disturbances caused by external factors.
- Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings.
- The Platform Owner shall not be responsible for inaccuracies in information provided or changes beyond its control.
Force Majeure
The Platform Owner is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or technical failures.
